Denise Baca is a senior paralegal with over 23 years of experience in the legal field and a deep passion for helping clients who have suffered injury or loss. She holds a degree in Pre-Law Studies from National University and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Irvine.
Currently, Denise is pursuing her law degree while continuing to manage her caseload. Upon earning her degree, she plans to continue her career at Bike Legal as an associate attorney, expanding her advocacy for injured clients.
Over the course of her career, Denise has managed a wide variety of complex legal cases, including bicycle and motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, wrongful death claims, catastrophic injuries, product liability cases, 18-wheeler and commercial vehicle collisions, third-party liability claims, and premises liability. Her broad experience across all types of injury cases gives her exceptional expertise and insight—an advantage that directly benefits every client she works with.
Denise is known for building strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique circumstances, addressing their concerns, and keeping them informed throughout their legal process. Her work ethic, dedication, and client-first approach are qualities that distinguish her in the legal field and contribute to her consistent

She has played a key role in assisting attorneys during mediations, arbitrations, and trials, helping secure successful resolutions for countless clients.
Born and raised in Southern California, Denise is bilingual in Spanish, which allows her to effectively serve and connect with Spanish-speaking clients.
Outside of work, Denise devotes her time to her husband and son. Together, they enjoy soccer, baseball, and traveling the world.
